SI'SPOSAITALIA COLLEZIONI SHOWS AN INCREASE IN FIGURES RECONFIRMING ITS POSITION AS 'LEADER' IN ITS SECTOR
Held at fieramilanocity and organized by Rassegne, Sì Sposaitalia Collezioni, the international trade fair dedicated to wedding and formal clothes, came to a conclusion today, with 6,187 buyers attending, up 12% versus 2009 .Foreign markets registered excellent results (up 14%).On show were 159 brands (up 5.2% compared to last year), presenting their 2011 collections of wedding dresses and ceremonial wear for him and for her. This positive trend is the result of promotional networking, which has concentrated on foreign buyers across the world. Particularly evident was the presence of buyers from Japan, Eastern Europe and the Middle East. The quality on show was, as usual, extremely high, thanks to a careful selective process by the producers attending the trade fair, presenting an ample panorama of the most beautiful wedding dresses for both the bride and the groom. The offering was completed by the rich assortment of accessories displayed and the collections dedicated to formal apparel in general. The peak fashion moment was, for the 33rd year running, the fashion parade, which provided the occasion to see the dresses “live” on models and in movement. It brought out the beauty of perfect sartorial cuts, adding value to all of the collections presented on the catwalk.
